Here is an interesting video from Dr. Kent Hovind about the firmament and heavens. It's pretty short, but I know there are multiple parts. If it strikes you as interesting, too, feel free to explore more!
Thank you for reading, and God bless.

This is something that really opened my eyes to how much truth is in the Bible. I never would have seen this on my own. A preacher (I listen to a lot of radio and YouTube sermons while I work) relayed this one day. It stuck with me because, well, don't we all want God's blessings?
Jesus was preaching one day and was pressed upon sorely by the people, so He asked Peter (notice He asked) if He could stand in his boat while He preached so He didn't end up in the water. Peter said yes, and then Jesus gave Peter a command to put out his nets somewhere specific. So Peter did. He was fishing all day and didn't catch a thing. But he obliged and his nets were so full, they almost broke. We all know the story. It ends with Peter saying, "Go away from me, for I am a sinful man." The progression is so subtle I missed it all these years, but it speaks of how God blesses us. It starts small. With an almost unnoticeable request. Do this little thing for me? Let me stand in your boat? Yes, Lord. Peter had been listening to Jesus preach so knew He was a man of authority and faith. Little did he know He was the Son of God. Then Jesus tells him to let his nets down somewhere. Here Peter was at the end of his fruitless day, surely discouraged and exhausted, but somehow was willing to do this larger request. It started small and now was onto something bigger. And an actual directive, as in, go cast your nets over there. Here was a carpenter/mason telling Peter how to fish. This was his livelihood. This preacher man knew nothing about fishing. Why should he listen to Him? But he did something he probably questioned internally and was greatly blessed. And then he realized this was a man of God (probably didn't recognize him as Christ yet) and repented of his sin right there on the spot and ended up following Christ. It's a great story, but I hadn't seen the simple and elegant principle of how God blesses us embedded in it. God asks a small thing. God then directs us to do something bigger we will likely question, and in front of a crowd of people, no less. And then He blesses us when we are faithful. Peter didn't murmur. He didn't openly question. He just did it. Surely he heard Jesus preaching. He was right there. Maybe that had something to do with it. But the sign of the abundance of fishes taught him something. Obedience begets blessings. (There was also full-on repentance at the end and then further following Jesus.) If we are faithful in a little, God will give us more, bigger tasks with bigger blessings attached. But, He can't give us a blessing unless He knows we can handle it. My dad didn't give me a shotgun and hunting rifle until I passed my hunter's safety courses and proved I could safely handle weapons. I think I was 12 when I got the shotgun and 14 when I got the rifle. I still have both, not because they are great, but because they are sentimental. Actually, the rifle is pretty great, even after more than 30 years. A bad analogy, perhaps, but it works. My son likes to break toys, which makes me hesitant to buy him more. It's a logical thing. Take care of what you have, treat it right, and God will give you more and better. I thought it was a brilliant message that preacher teased out of a few verses that day. I never would have seen it on my own. That's the value of preaching. And that is a gift. Thank you to whomever it was who preached that day. Sorry, forgot your name, but God will bless you no matter what. I hope someone else was blessed with this message, too. I was. Thank you for reading. And God bless. We've all read the book of Revelation (Yes, one revelation: Jesus Christ). Hopefully. We know it contains some pretty wild stuff. Can you imagine those things actually happening? Well, it's coming. Part of what is coming is a great deception. Tim Shelley writes here about how technology will play a part in that. Yes, there will be aliens (yawn). For the record, I don't believe Tim is a Christian. It's hard to ignore Bible prophecy when talking about the age we live in, though. But, he says some interesting things about how technology will be used to fool Christians. Perhaps that is part of the great falling away. I don't know. It's interesting. That's all.
What I recall reading is those who've been through trauma-based mind control programs often said some were programmed with alien abduction memories to shield them from the truth (and to shield their abusers). It also plays into the coming deception. Read and ponder and pray, if you will. Thank you for reading, and God bless. It is quite possible we are close to the final wrap-up of humanity. Prophecies are being fulfilled as we speak. Revelation 11 talks about two witnesses who terrorize the unbelieving world. Speculation surrounds who they might be. I think a good theory is they are Enoch and Elijah, and for good reason. A ton of what goes on in Revelation is pretty well shrouded. But Jesus is what is to be revealed; the rest is details. But why Enoch and Elijah?
It largely hinges on the verse that says it is appointed unto man once to die and after this the judgement. These two men, scripture states, were taken and didn't die. They were taken to heaven while still alive. As a preacher I know once said, they walked with God so long that when it got to the end of the day one day, God said, "Why don't you come on home with me?" because they were closer to where God lived than where they lived. That's a good story. I like it. I also like what these men do when they come back. They are the olive trees and the candlesticks sent back to earth as witnesses of God's glory. They are given power to turn the world upside-down for a space (3.5 years?). The world, of course, rejected them, and eventually killed them, fulfilling the verse that says we all have to die. Actually, the beast himself kills them. It's a pretty epic battle, I imagine. This is just a short post about Enoch and Elijah. If anyone would like to discuss it further, leave a comment. I'm not a theologian. I'm just a guy who likes the Bible. Thank you for reading, and God bless. The story of Balaam and how it pertains to our world today is plain. If you need a refresher, the story is found in the book of Numbers (chapters 22-24). It's a very interesting story for many reasons, and I could go on numerous tangents. What I want to focus on is what the story has to do with the situation in my own country right now.
Balaam was a heathen prophet who knew the true God. He was greedy of gain and full of witchcraft. (He was later put to death for being a warlock.) He was hired by a heathen king to curse the children of Israel. He attempted that feat three times but only blessed them. God would not allow him to curse His people. Why? Because God's people were blameless at that point. They were a holy people with no significant sinful situations. That changed later. I believe Balaam had something to do with that. He must have told the Moabite king the only way God would curse His people is if one could bring about a sinful situation. That happened with the introduction of whorish, heathen women into the camp. The connection to our world today is similar. God made the nation of America great because America was good. We were predominately a Bible-believing and -following nation. As time went on, that legacy was eroded and many societal problems became worse. Today, we are witnessing the fall of this great nation because we were once holy but are no longer. In the story of Balaam and the Israelites we see the importance of remaining a holy people. Sin is the downfall of any nation. But, in order to prevent judgement, it's not necessary that the majority of people repent. It is only necessary that God's people repent. Yes, America needs a revival in order to put off judgement. But, revival is impossible without repentance. When one goes to church in America, how often does one hear about sin or repentance? I know I have sin I need to deal with. Do you? Probably. I need to hear that from the pulpit. Significant inroads were made by the Vatican and its various tentacles to make this nation weak morally. This fact is documented in numerous ways by many people. The point was to weaken the fabric of the nation. We murder babies. We espouse all kinds of sexual depravity. We punish those who do right and exalt those who do wrong. God can't protect this nation because we are no longer good. If God doesn't judge this nation, He will have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah. I pray God turns His people back to Him. Right now, they look a lot like the world and are seemingly oblivious to the coming horrors. The only thing I can do besides pray is to get myself right with God. I am doing that right now. Even when disaster strikes, He may take pity on me and somehow spare me and my son for a time. I don't want to preach a doom-and-gloom message, but God's people need to wake up. Thank you for reading, and God bless. Yes, it's coming. The planned alien invasion. Or, the great revealing. I don't know how much invading there will be. But the aliens are coming. If you're already incredulous, let me explain. And here is a video from someone I've followed for many years that tries to explain how they will bring about an alien invasion. How do I know the aliens will be revealed soon? Because all the "experts" (as well as the pope) keep telling us, and UFO activity keeps ramping up. It will happen. But, the Bible tells us it will be a big, demonic lie. The video above offers a good explanation for how the infamous they will pull it off. As always, no one knows the exact timing of this event, but I believe the devil is ready for whenever God gives the green light. On a personal note, I really dislike the whole UFO narrative, which is why I have not mentioned anything about it until now. It's just really boring, and it is clear the elite have groomed us for this through popular media for decades (ET, anyone?). Aliens, schmaliens. As a Christian, I know there are no aliens. I believe hybrids and Nephilim-type creatures exist, many grown in labs. Clones, sure. But, no aliens. The alien invasion narrative corresponds well to the lying signs and wonders in the end times. But, many will believe, and because they reject God. If God didn't create them, then who did? This is where the ancient alien (ancient astronaut) theory comes into play. Most people, including many scientists, see the holes in the theory of evolution. We didn't simply evolve into our present state. Nature tends to disorder, not order. And, we, and all the other life forms on this plant, are far more complex than we realize. The chances of having all these life forms appearing on the same planet are astronomically small. As a whole, we represent millions of miracles that cannot be accounted for by any other explanation other than we are God's creation. No, we didn't evolve on a macro level, and were created, but by whom? Christians say God. Discussion over. Back to living life. But for those who reject God, who created us? Ancient aliens, who seeded us here long ago. And they will return. And they call us crazy for believing in a benevolent God. For those who reject God, any lie will do, no matter how outlandish. To many, the historical record can only be made sense of when one considers the ancient alien theory. In reality, those aliens or higher beings were either spirits (fallen angels) or Nephilim, who are offspring of fallen angels and humans, who are recorded in the Bible as giants, often with six fingers and six toes, and with a double row of teeth. Look into books by Fritz Zimmerman if you're interested in learning more about giants in North America (they fled the Levant when they were routed from the land by the Israelites, scattering across the globe). If all of this sounds pretty bizarre, I guess they didn't teach you all that in school (or church). I admit, these are not the most prevalent narratives, but they are much closer to the truth than what exists in history books. Still, no aliens in the Bible. That is nothing but a big deception. When all of this is over and done, the whole of humanity will look at the devil and wonder in amazement and say, "This is the man who deceived the whole world?" I can almost feel the incredulousness. Many things are being revealed — and at a rapid pace — right now. Much truth — some hidden for eons — is coming to the surface. We live in very interesting times, and it gets more interesting by the day. All lies will be stripped away, but first, a falling away from the truth must come. God's elect won't be deceived, but many will be. As always, thank you for reading, and God bless. Most Christians know the story of how Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed. But I'd like to bring up some things they may not realize about the story, and then I will connect God's judgement of those ancient cities with what is going on in the world right now. This may seem a strange story to some, but I hope they follow along just the same. Let's begin.
The information in this post also relates to the story of the flood in Genesis and why God wiped out 99.9% of humanity. It was about maintaining a pure bloodline, a bloodline which would eventually include Jesus Christ. (We see the devil working against the Messianic bloodline right away in the story of Cain and Abel, correctly conjecturing God would not send his Son through a murder's family (Cain). But God provided Seth, so checkmate.) From sometime in antiquity, there began two bloodlines — one pure humanity and one tainted with the devil's (i.e., the serpent's) DNA. Before the flood, halfbreed creatures such as Nephilim existed, which were the offspring of human females and fallen, spiritual beings. Moses does not elaborate much on that situation, but it is clear from a careful reading of Genesis that is part of the reason why God brought about the flood. Not only was humanity infected with this serpent blood, but genetic experiments were ongoing with animals, leaving God to rescue some (presumably untainted) and destroy the rest. My personal belief is this is how the dinosaurs were brought about. They were genetic experiments gone awry, monsters roaming the earth. And some of them still exist today, though in a smaller form. I believe Nephilim still exist, too, and this includes accounts of hominid-like/hybrid Sasquatch/Bigfoot/Yeti/etc. (as the Bible said, they were giants; also, read some of Fritz Zimmerman's accumulated accounts of the remains of giants found in North America and Native American tales of "white Indians" who were there before them). But they also walk among us now in some form. Brice Taylor and Cathy O'Brien's accounts of being mind-controlled slaves for the U.S. government (and other entities) relate some tantalizing details of genetic experimentation, such as creating super soldiers and hybrid beings, using the mind alone to bend spoons or start fires (transhuman superhero stuff), playing with gender/sex change, etc. Some of the experiments were not on humans. Some talked about "aliens." Some of the creatures were decidedly reptilian. Take that for what it is worth, but consider they were both under severe forms of mind control. Still, others have corroborated their claims. It could be a distraction, but, using the Bible, I intend to explain why we should not dismiss their stories. I believe we are in the end times, and with the accompanying genetic experimentation (as in the days of Noah). Genesis 6:4, KJV: "There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown." This is clear hybridization of the human race. But make note of the defining factors. You have the sons of God (angels of some rank, some accounts call them Watchers) and the daughters of men. How angelic beings have sex with humans isn't for me to understand, but I believe there is a veil between the spiritual and physical realm which must be breached, possibly through a combination of trauma/drugs/rituals. I'm not entirely clear on that. What is clear, however, is God takes tampering with DNA very seriously, imputing the death penalty for those with tainted DNA (we see this also in the parable of the tares and the wheat). God destroyed the world with water and promised to never do it again, sending a rainbow as a promise (which was, of course, co-opted by those who are tampering with God's order for gender/sex, which is ironic). But God promised He would destroy the world a final time with fire, and we witness a foretaste of that in the Sodom and Gomorrah story. You can watch the video above where the man goes to the site of either Sodom and Gomorrah. I watched other videos, and they all seem the same. Someone sets one of the sulphur balls on fire. They traipse around, look at the clearly manmade structures that were destroyed by fire, and say, "God wasn't messing around. Wow!" And that is the lesson of Sodom and Gomorrah, but what exactly were they guilt of? Here is the lengthy story from Genesis 19 as a refresher. The story ends with an understanding of how the Moabites and Ammonites came about, both of which were a constant thorn in the flesh to the children of Abraham. Stay away from incest, kiddos. And stay away from sexual sin, in general, which Sodom and Gomorrah accommodated a great deal. We get the words sodomy and gonorrhea from these cities. Some say the cities were destroyed because of the sin of pride and not homosexuality, but the cities were well-known to be sexually deviant. And the word pride represents homosexuality today. But that's not the whole story, as we see in the text. These men who came to Lot's home wanted to have sex with the angels. How they knew they were angels, I don't know. Lot clearly saw the danger in these angels spending the night outside, so he brought them into his home. The men of the city continued until Lot offered his daughters, which would have been the lesser of evils, presumably. Fast forward to when God destroyed the cities and all those in the plains around them, and He also destroyed everything that grew in the region. The genetic contamination was contained and eliminated. Backing up, Genesis 18 fleshes out the story a bit more. And we see Abraham bargaining with God for the lives in Sodom and Gomorrah. He got down to if there were ten righteous souls in the cities (surely, there had to be ten, counting Lot and his family, he thought), God would not destroy them. There were not even ten souls, counting Lot and his family. The whole bunch was rotten. But, just as we see in the story of Jonah and Nineveh, God is merciful. He was willing to overlook the rest for only 10 righteous souls (what does that tell us in this day and age?). The men in Sodom and Gomorrah were so given over to evil that God did something drastic. He wiped them all out with fire. DNA can survive a flood, but it cannot survive fire. Scientists today are trying to resurrect creatures that lived long ago and died during the great flood. That DNA is still viable. Good luck trying that with Sodom and Gomorrah. My point in this long post is the very sins that got Sodom and Gomorrah destroyed exist now and are institutionalized in not-so-secret government programs. The whole transgender thing is part of it, of course. It is, essentially, calling God a liar and making man a sort of god. But the genetic tampering goes farther. Something much bigger is going on in those government labs. We know programs such as MK-Ultra exist. We know they have an army of mind-controlled robots. We know they made hybrids of various sorts, many of which didn't survive. Somehow, the genetic contamination before the flood went viral. Sodom and Gomorrah tried to do the same thing, and God destroyed them, too. Are we so bold to think God would spare us for doing the same thing? God is revealing many things to His people. I want to be a part of what He is doing. These is a bizarre but amazing time to be alive. We have questions to answer that past generations haven't had to even fathom. For instance, is there a reason many vaccines contain DNA from aborted fetuses? I showed how God feels about genetic contamination. Some are saying the new vaccines cause DNA damage or changes in DNA. I can't support that claim here, but it does fit the agenda. We are living in the end times. As in the days of Noah, so it is today. Sodom and Gomorrah was ahead of its time. God wasn't going to let them contaminate the world like before the flood. But now the gates of hell are open again. We live in very interesting times. In the Bible, God gave His people more time when they needed it. I can think of some examples. But it was usually so they could defeat the enemy. Going forward with that in mind, let us ask God for more time. I want to see my son grow up and have children of his own. I want to die of old age and the same for my son. And I want to kick the devil in the mouth a few thousand times. Pray with me? Heavenly Father, I pray in the name of Jesus Christ you bring forth a great revival — the greatest the world has ever seen — to set the devil back in his plans 100 years or more and to triumph over him openly. We ask that you bend, break, and mold us to be the people you want us to be in order to bring this about. Use us in whatever way you deem fit, but please use us to destroy the enemy and set the captives free. We ask that you spare the lives of the righteous, even though they are surrounded by the wicked. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Thank you for reading and praying with me. God bless. Many folks are having dreams lately. What is up with that? I pray over my dreams and my son's and some other folk's dreams every night, so I feel protected. However, this morning I felt absolutely attacked in my dreams. I had a series of perhaps six scenes that greatly upset me and caused me to pray to God for an explanation upon waking. It was a rare thing. Normally, I don't remember my dreams, but lately I have had many dreams that don't make sense. Baffled, all I can do is pray. It looks like this pastor had a similar situation, and he also felt compelled to share.
A caveat to sharing this is I admit dreams should always be accompanied by an interpretation of dreams. Otherwise, what is the point? I'm sure the pastor knows this is the rule, but he still felt compelled to share because there is enough in the dream that doesn't need an interpretation. The dream speaks of a sort of civil war and the death of a president-elect. That much is clear. As with everything, I encourage prayer and a lifting up of questions to God. Some of my own dreams of late are questionable, and I have never put much stock in dreams, especially when there is no interpretation. If, however, the dream is followed by an interpretation or by confirmations of some sort, then let the dream stand. It appears this pastor's dreams came to fruition in the past, which lends credence to this prophesy, as well. Another issue I have with prophetic dreams is, as we see in the Bible many times, false prophets abound. But, usually a false prophet won't prophesy doom and gloom but, rather, everything will be okay. That's something to consider. If a prophecy leads people to their knees, then I'm inclined to believe there is something to it. But the proof is in the pudding. True, the devil can work lying signs and wonders, including prophecies. I have a hard time believing a godly person who is dutiful to pray would be fooled by such a thing, though. Anyway, this is something to pray about. I feel God may be warning us of imminent civil war (for those living in the United States). Yes, the future can be changed. Yes, God can prepare us. Otherwise, why would He warn us? I don't believe I have a spirit of prophecy, but this pastor may. Thank you for reading, and God bless. |
